Grow Little Boulders .....Grow!!



Yes…I’m talking about my lil deltoids. Today I am going to tell you about something I love about myself…..yeah twist my arm – lol! Well it is my little boulder shoulders. Definitely a strong point to my physique…I love my shoulders. I am fortunate to naturally have a lovely round shape. It will be interesting to see what they look like with my big boobies when I compete next!! These boobies make everything look smaller.

Last night was Shoulder Night. Yay – my favourite workout. I really didn’t want to go to the gym. I’ll tell you a secret – I never do!! No…..unlike many people I don’t “love” the gym….it is something I make myself do because of the incredible positive outcomes it creates for my body and mind. I could so easily find other things to do on 4 afternoons of my weekly regime…..but I go and by the time I leave I am usually feeling great and really pleased I spent that 35-50 minutes working on me.

So last night’s workout was:
Warm up with DB press and lat raises – just light (2kg)
4 sets Arnold Press
4 sets DB Side Lat raise
4 sets Rear DB raise
3 sets superset – BB Military press & BB Upright Row
2 sets BB curl/pulse (I love doing this exercise as my delts are popping out – this one is purely for visual pleasure – LOL!!)

Todays pic is of us having our daily pamper. I was having a manicure...for the grand sum of $3.5AUS. Just insane!

Have a super weekend…..I’ll be hanging with my special little people this weekend.

I'm just looking at the pic of yourself and G and seeing pain, he, he! Those Thai massages are pure torture! I've finally found a great massage place that doesn't twist and torture me when I'm over there.
